Welcome! I’m Jenn. I’m a Registered Dietitian, Naturopathic Doctor, and intuitive eating advocate! I provide health and hormone education to women in midlife without a side of diet culture.

And as a fellow woman in perimenopause, I know exactly what you’re going through. I want to help you make peace with food, your 40s, and your hot flashes so you can find the confidence you deserve in midlife.
